Privacy notice

Last updated October 4, 2026

CourtStack helps open-play organizers run their courts: who's playing, who's next and how the games went. This notice explains what it stores and why. We keep it to what's needed to run a session.

What we store about players

  • The name you use in the open play (usually your first name, as on Reclub).
  • For each session: whether you're here, on a break or have left, your arrival time, your games, partners and results.
  • If the organizer pairs you with a fixed partner, that pairing.

We don't store your phone number, email, payment details or location, and players don't need an account.

Who can see it

  • The session's live link shows names, courts, the waiting line, arrival times and standings to anyone who has the link. Organizers share it with the open play's players.
  • When the organizer turns on Reclub Matches, games and results also appear in that open play's Matches tab on Reclub.
  • The organizer sees everything for their own sessions. Organizers can't see each other's sessions.

What we store about organizers

Your account email and sign-in details, your sessions, and, for club owners, the club's expenses and settings. If your club uses Reclub, CourtStack reads the open play's roster from Reclub to set up a session, and can post the live link in the open play's chat when you ask it to.

How long we keep it

Sessions stay until the organizer deletes them, so players can look back at results. An organizer can delete a session at any time, which removes its players and games.

Your choices

  • Ask the organizer to change how your name appears, or to remove you from a session.
  • Ask the organizer to delete a session you were part of.

We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For any privacy request, contact the organizer of your open play through its Reclub page.

What we don't do

No ads, no selling or sharing data with advertisers, and no tracking across other sites.
